This Shipping Policy explains how Lokio delivers orders placed at lokio.co.uk. Lokio is a trading name of Scalp Masters Ltd, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. If you have a question about delivery, email us at hello@lokio.co.uk.
Where we deliver
We ship to every country. The delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times available for your address are shown at checkout, and the exact cost is confirmed there before you pay.
Order processing
Orders are dispatched from the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Guaranteed next-day orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Delivery times below are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed, except where a service is described as guaranteed.

Free UK delivery applies to the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service on UK orders over £45. The £45 threshold is calculated after any discounts, including Subscribe & save, have been applied. Express and guaranteed options are chosen at checkout and are charged at the rates above.

Express international courier
An express courier service with Parcelforce is available to every international destination, from £55.95. The exact price and estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout.
Free delivery
Free delivery applies to UK orders over £45 only. There is no free shipping outside the United Kingdom.
Orders over 2kg
Rates above cover parcels up to 2kg. For orders over 2kg, please contact us at hello@lokio.co.uk for a delivery quote.
Duties, import taxes and currencies
For international orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so they are not added again on delivery.
Prices may be displayed in your local currency where available. Otherwise, prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Subscribe & save deliveries
Subscription orders are dispatched on your chosen schedule (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks) and delivered by our standard delivery service for your address, charged at the standard rates in this policy. You can skip, pause, change or cancel a delivery at any time from your account. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
Tracking
Every service listed above is tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details.
Delays, lost and damaged parcels
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed, except for the guaranteed next-day service. Occasionally parcels are delayed, for example during peak periods or because of customs checks.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date for UK orders, or 20 working days for international orders, email hello@lokio.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, please email hello@lokio.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. See our Refund Policy for how we put things right.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to update it before dispatch. We cannot always change an address once an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at your cost.
