What is the Lokio ritual?

The Lokio ritual is three steps, used in order: cleanse with Deep Cleansing Shampoo, nourish with Rejuvenating Conditioner, then finish with Hair Growth Serum, a leave-in treatment massaged into the scalp. The three formulas are designed to work together.

How do I use the Deep Cleansing Shampoo?

Massage into wet hair and scalp, focusing on the roots. Leave for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use it 2–4 times a week and follow with the Rejuvenating Conditioner.

How do I use the Rejuvenating Conditioner?

After shampooing, apply from mid-lengths to ends. Leave for 2–3 minutes, or a little longer for deeper conditioning, then rinse.

How do I use the Hair Growth Serum?

Apply approximately 15 drops directly to the scalp, focusing on areas where hair feels thinner, and massage in gently. The serum is a leave-in treatment, so do not rinse it out. It is non-greasy and absorbs quickly.

Can I use Lokio every day, and is it right for my hair type?

Yes. The range is pH balanced, free from sulphates, parabens and silicones, and made for all hair types, including colour-treated hair. The serum is designed to be used daily; the shampoo 2–4 times a week, or as often as you wash.

Are Lokio products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Every product is made with 100% vegan ingredients, with no animal-derived components, and the entire range is cruelty-free: there is no animal testing at any stage.

Are the formulas free from sulphates, parabens and silicones?

Yes. Every Lokio formula is made without sulphates, parabens or silicones, and uses mild plant-derived cleansers instead.

Where are Lokio products made?

Lokio is formulated and manufactured in the UK.

I have sensitive skin. Should I do a patch test?

If you have sensitive skin or a sensitive scalp, we recommend a patch test before first use: apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. If you notice any irritation, stop using the product.

Lokio products are cosmetic hair and scalp care. If you are experiencing sudden or unexplained hair loss, please speak to your GP or a trichologist.

What sizes do the products come in?

Deep Cleansing Shampoo and Rejuvenating Conditioner are 250ml each, and Hair Growth Serum is 50ml. The Complete Care Bundle contains all three.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

We ship to every country.

United Kingdom. Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £4.95, and free on orders over £45.00. Express Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £5.95. Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm is £11.95–£16.95, depending on weight. Express options are chosen at checkout.

Europe. Royal Mail Tracked is £11.95 up to 500g, or £14.95 up to 2kg, in 3–5 working days. Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and Romania are priced with the rest of the world.

USA & Canada. £15.95 up to 500g, £21.95 up to 1kg, or £25.95 up to 2kg, in 5–7 working days.

Rest of the world. £20.95 up to 500g, £28.95 up to 1kg, or £38.95 up to 2kg, in 5–7 working days. This includes Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Romania and South Africa.

An express courier with Parcelforce is available to every international destination from £55.95.

Free delivery applies to UK orders over £45.00 only. There is no free shipping outside the United Kingdom.

Duties and import taxes on international orders are calculated and paid at checkout, so they are not added again on delivery.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have a question about an order, email hello@lokio.co.uk and we will be glad to help.

What is your returns policy?

Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order and return unopened, sealed items. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care products can only be returned if faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
